1. What does the rental include?
- Twice weekly house keeping service
- Change of bed linen once a week
- Wifi
- Service charge
2. What are the payable items?
- Utilities are charge as per meter if the usage is over and exceeding the average
3. How much is the deposit? And the refund?
- The holding deposit is equivalent to one month rental, payable upon booking.
- This will be refunded on the scheduled check out day by cheque or by bank transfer subject to proper hand over.
- We accept Hong Kong local cheque, bank transfer, Cash. Use of VISA and MASTERCARD is possible with 3% extra.
4. What is the booking procedure?
- You will receive a confirmation when you send in your booking with intended lease period and full name.
- Sign and return the confirmation by email with proof of deposit payment to validate the reservation.
5. When to pay for the rental?
- The rental is payable on or before check in and in advance without demand on monthly basis.
6. What are the check in and check out timing?
- The standard check in time is 2:00pm whereas the check out time is 12:00 noon.
7. How many occupants are allowed for each unit? Any pet allow?
- Each unit is catered for two (2) persons (one Queen size bed in each room)
- No pet please.
